UNC10225761A is a multi-kinase inhibitor, cocktail of UNC10225387B, UNC10225263A and UNC10225761A, promotes stem-cell-like chimeric antigen receptor T cells (CAR T cells).
Cocktail of UNC10225387B, UNC10225263A and UNC10225761A enriches CAR T cells with a TSCM cell-like phenotype from naive T cells during the expansion phase in vitro.
Cocktail of UNC10225387B, UNC10225263A and UNC10225761A enhance antitumor activity of CAR.CD19 T cells in vitro.
Cocktail of UNC10225387B, UNC10225263A and UNC10225761A enhance antitumor activity and long-term persistence of CAR.CD19 T cells in in vivo tumor mouse model.
Cocktail of UNC10225387B, UNC10225263A and UNC10225761A reduces the phosphorylation of LAT (linker for activation of T cells), a downstream substrate of ZAP70, and of ZAP70 itself, inhibits multiple kinases including: CLK3, STK17B, MAP3K7, AURKA, MINK1, CDK12, TAOK2, ITK, ADCK1, ADCK3, MAPK3K4, CDK13, TRIM28, JAK3 and ZAP70.
