UNC-CA2-103 is a potent, selective tousled like kinase 2 (TLK2) inhibitor with enzyme IC50 of 18 nM, exhibit excellent selectivity over TLK1 (16% inhibition at 0.5 μM).
UNC-CA2-103 also exhibits overall kinome selectivity (S(10) = 0.027) accross DiscoverX kinome panel (>400 kinases).
UNC-CA2-103 exhibits IC50 of 250 nM in ADP-Glo kinase activity assays.
UNC-CA2-103 is a useful kinase chemical tool for elucidation of TLK2 biology.
