TWS119 can induce neurogenesis in murine ESCs; reduces Cdon levels and aberrant Cx43 activitiesin rat cardiomyocytes.
TWS119 attenuates rtPA-induced hemorrhagic transformation and activates the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway after acute ischemic stroke in rats.
