TSLP inhibitor BP79 is a specific small molecule inhibitor of thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP), disrupts TSLP-TSLP receptor interaction and effectively abrogates TSLP-triggered cytokines at low micromolar concentrations.
BP79 effectively abrogates TSLP-triggered cytokines at low micromolar concentrations.
BP79 inhibits TSLP-induced IL-4/IL-13 expression in primary CD4 + T cells with inhibitory effects (≥80% inhibition) at 10 µM and 20 µM concentrations.
BP79 abolishes TSLPR complex formation without broad-spectrum kinase inhibitory effects.
BP79 efficiently penetrates human skin and inhibits TSLP-mediated inflammation in an atopic-like skin disease model.
BP79 exerts potent anti-inflammatory effects in an atopic diseases-organ chip.
