TRAF-STOP 6860766 prevents the progression of established atherosclerosis in mice, reduces leukocyte recruitment and reduces macrophage activation.
TRAF-STOP 6860766 reduces the CD40-induced phosphorylation of Tak1 and NF-κB p65 in BMDMs.
