TK106 (Calmidazolium chloride) is a small molecule non-competitive inhibitor of hSARM1 with IC50 of 10.8 uM, induces and promotes the formation of SARM1 octamers, also binds to calmodulin with a Kd of 3 nM.
TK106 (Calmidazolium chloride) also is a calmodulin antagonist, antagonizing CaM-dependent phosphodiesterase and calmodulin-induced activation of erythrocyte Ca2+-transporting ATPase with IC50s of 0.15 and 0.35 μM, respectively.
