    TK05 is a potent and selective inhibitors of leukotriene C4 synthase (LTC4S) with IC50 of 95 nM, Ki of 6 nM.
    TK05 shows no significant inhibitory effect on mPGES-1, MGST2, or 5-LO at 10 uM.
    TK05 potently inhibits cys-LT biosynthesis in immune cells (MM6 cell) with IC50 of 318 nM, increases lipoxin A4 levels in platelets and polymorphonuclear leukocytes.
    TK05 reduces LTE4 levels in peritoneal lavage fluid and significantly decreases vascular permeability in vivo.
