TCS2210 is a selective inhibitor of IRAK1 (SPR Kd=1.76 uM) and inducer of neuronal differentiation in mesenchymal stem cells, suppresses the growth of epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) cells.
TCS2210 displays clean selectivity against a set of 468 human kinases and disease-relevant mutants.
TCS2210 suppresses IRAK1 expression within 24 h in A1847 and OVCAR8 cells.
TCS2210 inhibits cell viability of A2780, A1847, OVCAR8, and OVCAR3 cells with IC50 of 20 uM, induces apoptosis of EOC cells. TCS2210 significantly inhibited EOC growth in vitro and in vivo both as monotherapy, and in combination with cisplatin.
