TAS-301 is an inhibitor of smooth muscle cell migration and proliferation, inhibits PDGF-induced tyrosine phosphorylation of both FAK and paxillin.
TAS-301 also inhibits PDGF-induced elevation of [Ca2+]i and activation of CaMK II, reduces the extent of F-actin stress fiber depolymerization observed in response to PDGF at 10 uM.
