T1551 is a potent and specific PRMT5 inhibitor with IC50 of 34.1 uM, exhibits anti-proliferation on A549 cell with IC50 of 11.2 uM.
T1551 reduces symmetric dimethylation level of H4R3, downregulates the protein expressions of two target genes of PRMT5, FGFR3, and eIF4E.
T1551 inhibits the activation of PI3K/AKT/mTOR and ERK signaling.
