Seriniquinone demonstrates potent activity over a select set of tumor cell lines with particular selectivity toward melanoma cell lines.
Seriniquinone increases the cleavage of caspases 3, 7, and 9 and PARP in HCT-116 cells.
Seriniquinone causes an increasing level of DCD expression directly correlated with cell line selectivity,
