Savolitinib (Volitinib, HMPL-504, AZD-6094) is a highly potent and selective c-Met inhibitor with enzyme IC50 of 5 nM and cell p-Met IC50 of 3 nM, exhibits potent proliferation inhibition in NCI-H441 cell line with IC50 of 6 nM.
Savolitinib (Volitinib) displayed a highly selective profile across a gastric cell line panel, potently inhibiting cell growth only in those lines with dysregulated cMET (EC50 values 0.6 nM/L-12.5 nM/L).
Savolitinib (Volitinib) demonstrated favorable pharmacokinetic properties in mice and good antitumor activities in the human glioma xenograft model in athymic nude mice.
