Saikosaponin C is a natural compound purified from the traditional Chinese herb of Radix Bupleuri, exhibits anti-HBV replication activity and inhibits by targeting HNF1α and HNF4αHBV pgRNA synthesis, significantly inhibits LPS-induced apoptotic cell death in HUVECs via inhibition of caspase-3 activation and caspase-3-mediated-FAK degradation.
