SYN1143 (AMG-1) is a potent specific small molecule inhibitor of c-Met kinase and RON with IC50 of 4 and 9 nM, inhibits c-Met signaling and cell proliferation in vitro.
SYN1143 significantly increases ALP activity at concentration 1 uM in MC3T3-E1 cells.
SYN1143 increases Runx2 via pathway independent of Erk-Smad.
SYN1143 (20, 50 μg) stimulates bone formation in critical-sized defects of mouse calvarial bone in a critical-sized calvarial defect of mouse.
