SY-LB-35 is a highly effective small molecule full agonist of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) receptor signaling, significantly increases the cell number and cell viability in the C2C12 myoblast cell line.
SY-LB-35 (0.01-10 uM) stimulated canonical Smad and non-canonical PI3K/Akt, ERK, p38 and JNK intracellular signaling pathways, similar to BMP2-stimulated responses.
SY-LB-35 strongly stimulate Smad phosphorylation and nuclear translocation, induce robust increases in PI3K/Akt signaling.
SY-LB-35 is a full agonists of BMP receptor signaling.
