SRX3207 (SRX-3207) is a potent, orally active dual Syk/PI3K inhibitor with IC50 of 39.9/244/388 nM for Syk/PI3Kα/PI3Kδ, respectively.
SRX3207 potently blocks immunosuppressive gene expression effectively at very low dose compared to commercially available p110γ inhibitor (IPI-549) or Syk inhibitor (R488) alone, didn't affect T cell proliferation.
