C7 binds holo-SOD1WT with MST IC50 of 6.32 uM.
Intranasal C7 treatment delays disease onset and prolongs survival in SOD1G93A ALS mice (males).
C7 attenuates astrocytic and microglial reactivity in the spinal cord of SOD1G93A mice.
