SLC13A3 inhibitor ACA ((E/Z)-BML264) is a small molecule inhibitor of SLC13A3, also is a broad spectrum Phospholipase A2 (PLA2) inhibitor and TRP channel blocker.
SLC13A3 inhibitor ACA suppresses the growth of human HCC cells and prevents β-catenin-driven hepatocarcinogenesis in vivo.
SLC13A3 inhibitor ACA is also an effective reversible inhibitor of calcium-activated chloride channels, has potential to treat arrhythmia.
