SKPin C1 (SKPin-C1, CKS1i) is a specific small molecule inhibitor of Skp2-mediated p27 degradation, inhibits SCF-Skp2/Cks1 E3 ligase and blocks estrogen-induced growth stimulation and degradation of nuclear p27kip1.
Skp2 inhibitor C1 (SKPin C1, CKS1i) induces p27 accumulation in a Skp2-dependent manner and promoted cell-type-specific blocks in the G1 or G2/M phases.
