SHIP1 inhibitor 23 is a small molecule SHIP1 inhibitor with IC50 of 6.5 uM in in the ratio pAKT/tAKT determined by Alpha SureFire assays.
SHIP1 inhibitor 23 induces phagocytosis of both BV2 and HMC3 cells with IC50 of 540 nM, does not result in significant changes in either cell count or nuclear intensity.
SHIP1 inhibitor 23 also activates primary mouse microglia isolated from neonate mice.
