SB-222200 (SB222200) is a CNS-penetrant, potent and selective NK-3 receptor antagonist with Ki of 4.4 nM (inhibition of neurokinin B binding to CHO-hNK-3R).
SB-222200 shows good selectivity for hNK-3 over hNK-1 (Ki >10 uM) and hNK-2 (Ki=250 nM).
SB-222200 produces dose-dependent inhibition of behavioral responses induced by Senktide; orally bioactive.
