Ro 28-1675 augments both hepatic glucose metabolism and glucose-induced insulin secretion from isolated rodent pancreatic islets.
Ro 28-1675 lowers blood glucose levels and increases hepatic glucose uptake in rodent models of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
