Riociguat (BAY 63-2521) inhibits the contraction of rabbit aorta with IC50 of 120 nM.
Riociguat (BAY 63-2521) exerts strong effects on pulmonary hemodynamics and exercise capacity in patients with pulmonary hypertension (PH).
