    Rev1-IN-5 is a small molecule inhibitor of the C-terminal domain of Rev1 and the Rev1-interacting region protein-protein interaction (Rev1-CT/RIR PPI) with IC50 of 2.5 uM.
    Rev1-IN-5 binds to Rev1-CT at the RIR interface.
    Rev1-IN-5 inhibits mutagenic Rev1/Polζ-dependent translesion synthesis (TLS) in mouse embryonic fibroblasts and human fibrosarcoma HT1080 cells.
