RS102895 hydrochloride is a potent and specific CCR2 antagonist with binding IC50 of 360 nM.
RS102895 shows no significant affinity on CXCR1, CCR1, or CCR3. (IC50>17 uM).
RS102895 inhibits MCP-1-stimulated calcium influx into CCR2-CHL cells with IC50 of 32 nM.
RS102895 significantly attenuates HG-induced ECM protein expression and TGF-beta1 levels in mouse mesangial cells (MCs).
