RJW100 (RJW 100) is a phospholipid mimetic as liver receptor homolog-1 (LRH-1, NR5A2) agonist with pEC50 of 6.6 and 7.5 for (LRH-1) and steroidogenic factor-1 (SF-1, NR5A1), respectively.
RJW100 interacts with the targeted residues in crystal structures and improve binding affinity, LRH-1 transcriptional activity, and conformational changes at a key allosteric site.
RJW100 markedly improves colonic histopathology and disease-related weight loss in a murine T cell transfer model of colitis.
