RG14620 is a potent EGFR inhibitor that inhibits EGFR autophosphorylation with IC50 of 4 uM in cell-free assays.
RG14620 dose-dependently inhibits human gastric cancer cells growth with IC50 of 7 uM.
RG14620 suppresses not only EGF-stimulated cancer cell proliferation in vitro but also tumor growth in nude mice.
RG14620 selectively reverses ABCG2-mediated multidrug resistance in cancer cell lines.
