QR-7909 is a potent, specific and allosteric PI3Kα H1047R inhibitor with IC50 of 51 nM, 27-fold selective over WT PI3Kα in biochemical assays.
QR-7909 exhibits cell IC50 of 113 nM for PI3KαH1047R (in T47D cell line), 55-fold for PI3KαH1047R over WT PI3Kα.
QR-7909 is specific to PI3Kα H1047R over other isoforms of PI3Ks.
