Paquinimod (ABR-215757) is a specific inhibitor of S100A9, inhibits S100A8/S100A9 binding to RAGE, reduces diabetes-induced thrombocytosis.
Paquinimod (ABR-215757) significantly reduces the accumulation of Ly6C(hi) inflammatory monocytes and eosinophils, but not neutrophils in necrotic cells.
Paquinimod (ABR-215757) inhibits the Zn++-Dependent Interaction between S100A9 and RAGE & TLR4.
Paquinimod (ABR-215757) inhibits acute experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis in mice, also inhibits TNFalpha release in a S100A9-dependent model in vivo.
