PVP-057 is a specific small molecule Toll-like receptor 3 (TLR3) agonist, activates TLR3-dependent IRF and NF-kB signaling.
PVP-057 induces strong IRF-driven immunomodulation with minimal cellular toxicity with minimal cellular toxicity.
PVP-057 (10 uM) demonstrates robust activation of HEK-hTLR3 cells at levels comparable to 1 µg/mL poly(I:C).
PVP-057 demonstrates robust in vivo adjuvanticity, amplifies cellular immunity.
