生物&药学活性

PSI-6130 (R-1656) is a potent, specific inhibitor of HCV RNA synthesis by inhibiting the NS5B RNA polymerase (EC90=4.6 uM in replicon assay).
PSI-6130 shows no anti-BVDV activity and weak antiviral activity against other flaviviruses, including West Nile virus, Dengue type 2, and yellow fever virus.
PSI-6130 has little or no cytotoxicity against various cell type.
