PSB-CB5 is a potent, selective antagonist of GPR18, inhibits GPR18 activation by tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) with IC50 of 279 nM in β-arrestin recruitment assays.
PSB-CB5 exhibits >36-fold selectivity versus CB1 and GPR55 and 14-fold selectivity versus CB2 receptors.
PSB-CB5 inhibits N-Arachidonylglycine induced acrosomal exocytosis in human spermatozoa.
