PRLX-93936 is highly active against 32 out of 57 NCI cell lines (GI50 < 1 uM).
PRLX-93936 (1 uM) completely suppressed HIF-1α accumulation.
PRLX-93936 shows synergistic antitumor effects with cisplatin on NSCLC cell lines.
