PP2Cδ inhibitor C23 is a potent PP2Cδ (WIP1, PPM1D) inhibitor, not only directly inhibits PP2Cδ activity but also suppresses high glucose (HG)-induced PP2Cδ expression.
PP2Cδ inhibitor C23 exhibits a striking cytotoxicity on MCF-7 cells with IC50 of 0.98 uM in growth inhibition assays.
C23 inhibits HG-induced cancer cell progression via PP2Cd inhibition mediated by HSP27 induction.
C23 suppresses HG-induced PP2Cδ expression, cancer cell proliferation, migration, and invasion.
C23 blocks the growth of MCF-7 xenografts in diabetic nude mice.
