PK11195 (PK 11195) is an isoquinoline carboxamide TSPO antagonist that binds selectively to PBR (TSPO) with Ki of 3.1 nM in cerebellum, 4.1 nM in spinal cord.
PK11195 blocks binding of typical benzodiazepines to TSPO, inhibits proliferation.
PK11195 induces apoptosis and causes G 1/S cell cycle arrest in NB cell lines at micromolar concentrations.
