    PF-4693627 is a potent, selective and orally bioavailable mPGES-1 inhibitor with IC50 of 3 nM.
    PF-4693627 exhibits an IC50 of 109 nM in LPS-stimulated human whole blood (HWB) cell assays, and IC50 of 6 nM in a fetal fibroblast cell assay.
    PF-4693627 displays high selectivity over relevant human enzymes TXAS, PGDS, 5-LOX, 15-LOX and 12-LOX.
    PF-4693627 (10 mg/kg, oral) is effective in a carrageenan-stimulated guinea pig air pouch model of inflammation.
