PF-07957472 demonstratespotent viral CPE in dNHBE cells (EC50 = 13.9 nM).
PF-07957472 (20, 50, and 150 mg/kg) is efficacious in a murine SARS-CoV-2 infection model.
PF-07957472 is equally potent on SARS-CoV but nearly inactive on other viruses like MERS, 229E, and OC43.
