PF-04447943 displays high selectivity versus PDEs1-8 and 10-11 (>150-fold over PDE1C, IC50=1394 nM).
PF-04447943 significantly increases neurite outgrowth and synapse formation in cultured hippocampal neurons at 30-100 nM.
PF-04447943 enhances synaptic plasticity and cognitive function in rodents.
