PDHPS1 is an endogenous stable peptide which is derived from the C-terminal (2090-2110) of NUMA1, inhibits the proliferation of ovarian cancer cells in vitro, regulates ovarian cancer development through targeting YAP1 signaling, binds to and interacts with protein phosphatase 2 phosphatase activator (PTPA).
PDHPS1 has no obvious adverse effects on ovarian epithelium and hepatorenal function.
PDHPS1 (10 mmol/L/kg, i.p.) inhibits ovarian tumor growth in xenograft tumors models.
