PD128907 hydrochloride is a potent, selective and orally active agonist of dopamine D3 receptor (D3R) with Ki of 20 nM.
PD128907 hydrochloride displays 18-200-fold selectivity over other dopamine receptor subtypes.
PD128907 hydrochloride decreases dopamine release both in rat striatum, nucleus accumbens and medial frontal cortex, decreases spontaneous locomotor activity (LMA) in rats; orally active.
