PARP11 inhibitor ITK7 (ITK7) is a potent and selective PARP11 inhibitor with IC50 of 14 nM, displays >200-fold selectivity over other PARPs.
ITK7 exhibits a dose-dependent inhibition of PARP11-dependent auto-MARylation (EC50=13 nM) in HeLa cells, does not inhibit H2O2-activated PARP1 autoPARylation, causes PARP11 to dissociate from the nuclear envelope.
