PAFAH1b2/1b3-IN-P11 (P11) is a potent, selective platelet-activating factor acetylhydrolases PAFAH1b2 and PAFAH1b3 inhibitor with IC50 of 40 nM and 900 nM respectively.
P11 blocks PAFAH1b2- and PAFAH1b3-mediated hydrolysis of the substrate PAF to lyso-PAF with IC50 values of 36 nM and 880 nM.
P11 impairs tumor cell survival; in situ-active and can be used to investigate the cellular functions of PAFAH1b2/3.
