Ovatodiolide is a diterpenoid from a Chinese herb that possesses anticancer, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, induces cell cycle G2/M arrest and apoptosis via a ROS-dependent ATM/ATR signaling in lung cancer cells.
Ovatodiolide induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in human oral squamous cell carcinoma Ca9-22 cells.
Ovatodiolide possesses bactericidal activity against H. pylori by reducing levels of ribosomal protein RpsB.
Ovatodiolide induces cell cycle G2/M arrest and apoptosis via a ROS-dependent ATM/ATR signaling pathways in lung cancer A549 and H1299 cells.
Ovatodiolide suppresses allergic airway inflammation and hyperresponsiveness in a murine model of asthma.
Ovatodiolide inhibits SARS-CoV-2 replication and ameliorates pulmonary fibrosis through suppression of the TGF-beta/TbetaRs signaling pathway.
