Olokizumab is a humanized antibody targeting interleukin-6 (IL-6), binds to IL-6 at Site 3 and neutralizes biological activity through blocking hexamer formation on the gp130 signaling axis.
Olokizumab binds to human IL-6 with an affinity (KD) of 10 pM.
Olokizumab selectively blocks the final assembly of the IL-6 signaling complex.
Olokizumab shows potential for inflammatory disease e.g. rheumatoid arthritis, as well as current SARS-CoV-2 infection.

Isotype: IgG4-kappa.
