Oleandrin (PBI-05204) is a cardenolide glycoside that induce fatal poisonings, inhibits Na,K-ATPase catalytic activity with IC50 of 0.62 uM, also blocks NF-kappaB activation induced by phorbol ester and lipopolysaccharide, blocks AP-1 activation induced by TNF, suppresses inflammation and tumorigenesis.
