Ogremorphin-1 (OGM1) is a highly specific, first-in-class small-molecule inhibitor of GPR68 with IC50 of 0.16 uM.
Ogremorphin-1 (OGM1) displays high selectivity against 158 GPCRs in a single point assay using Chem-1 cells.
Ogremorphin-1 (OGM1) could induce abnormal pigmentation during embryonic development, reproducibly induced ventral curvature, wavy notochord, shortened body axis, craniofacial defects, and loss of retinal iridophores.
Ogremorphin-1 (OGM1) disrupts development of neural crest–derived tissues subsequent to the formation of neural crest progenitors, most likely during neural crest migration.
