OAT-1746 (OATD-02) is a novel potent, selective, orally active inhibitors of Arginase 1 and 2 (ARG1/2) with IC50 of 20 nM and 39 nM for hARG1 and hARG2, respectively.
OAT-1746 (OATD-02) reverses the ARG1-inhibited proliferation of human and murine T cells and restored CD3ζ expression in ex vivo assays.
OAT-1746 (OATD-02) demonstrates antitumor activity alone or in combination with checkpoint inhibitors and gemcitabine in vivo.
