    OAT-1441 (OAT1441) is a potent, selective inhibitor of human acidic mammalian chitinase (hAMCase) with IC50 of 7 nM.
    OAT-1441 displays high activity and selectivity toward hAMCase over hCHIT1 (131-fold), significantly reduced off-target activity toward hERG (IC50>20 uM).
    OAT-1441 is a useful tool compound to study the physiological role of hAMCase.
