Ned 19 is a chemical probe inhibitor for the Ca(2+)-releasing second messenger NAADP, blocks NAADP signaling with IC50 of 65 nM.

Ned 19 blocks NAADP signaling and fluorescently labeled NAADP receptors in intact cells.

Ned 19 antagonizes NAADP-activation of TPC2 in a non-competitive manner at 1 uM.
