NU7026 is selective for DNA-PK over related phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase-related kinase (PIKK) family members.
NU7026 (10 micro M) potentiated radiosensitization-induced DNA double strand break (DNA DSB) repair in DNA-PK proficient cancer cells.
NU7026 potentiates the cytotoxicity of topoisomerase II poisons used in the treatment of leukemia.
